Rental Requirements

• Primary renter must be 26 years of age or older.

• No one under 26 years of age may operate a rental jet ski.

• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must provide proof of an approved Florida Boater Safety Education Certificate (or an accepted equivalent) before operating a jet ski. If you do not already have one, you will be required to complete the Florida Temporary Boater Safety Course prior to your rental. This requirement is mandated by the State of Florida.

• Passengers of all ages are welcome, provided they meet our safety requirements and are accompanied by a qualified operator.
